We don’t sell your data. Not ever.

We’re a coffee shop in Brisbane. We’re not a data company. The information we collect exists for one reason: to serve you coffee and run a fair membership program. This page tells you exactly what we hold, how long, and what your rights are.

What we collect

• Name and email if you become a member or order ahead.
• Phone number only if you opt into “order ready” SMS.
• Payment info — handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.
• Crypto addresses you send from. Public-chain data; we record it for receipts and refunds.
• Order history at our store. We use it to honour your member allowance — nothing else.
• Basic analytics (page views) via self-hosted analytics, no third-party trackers, no Google, no Meta pixel.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell your data. To anyone. Full stop.
• We don’t share with advertisers, data brokers, or social platforms.
• We don’t track you across the internet.
• We don’t use Google Analytics, Facebook pixels, or any third-party tracker.
• We don’t store more than we need to run the business.

Your rights

Email [email protected] and ask us to:

• Show you everything we hold about you
• Correct anything that’s wrong
• Delete your account and all associated data (within 7 days of request)
• Export your data in a portable format

How long we keep it

Active members: as long as you’re a member. Cancelled members: 12 months for tax records, then deleted. Casual orders: 90 days, then deleted. Crypto tx records: 7 years (ATO requirement).

Cookies

We use one cookie to remember you’re logged in. That’s it. No tracking cookies, no ad cookies, no third-party cookies.
